Audio TIN HiFi T2, Right side produces very less sound compared to left. HELP!

Hello,
I had purchased TIN T2 from Aliexpress few years ago.
These were lying unused for a long time.
The right side (RED) produces very well less sound compared to left (BLUE).
Sometimes it doesn't even produce any sound until I hold the cable a certain way.
I have tried switching cable ends but the right still produces low sound.
But I still have a doubt that it might be the cable.

My phone & laptop, this issue is present on both sources.

Usually on most IEMs , one channel stays a bit lower than the other , however as you stated that you have to allign the cable sometimes for the sound to produce , might be connection issue , check the copper connector if possible clean them with isopropyl alcohol , as with time the copper connectors gets oxidised ...
