Yes i do, it will only work with Intel 10th Gen and above motherboards as well as laptop.

There are mother boards that comes with m.2 port that keyed differently to accept these cards. See the pic below.

I'm sorry I can't comment on compatibility, but you can try the realtek card (others are sold), it dual band and if it doesn't work I'll gladly take it back.
