Forum Feedback Replies And Messages Are Not Getting Updated Or Moderated ?

I am posting messages somehow the messages are not being visible , showing Awaiting Moderator approval , Kindly Advise .

Hi Mods And Fellow Members
I am Posting Replies and Messages in many Threads and Posts , However My Replies And Messages Are Not Getting Posted , Always Showing "This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors. " Is It something that i am Doing Wrong or Its Just a System Issue , However After sometime the Replies And Messages Are Automatically Getting Deleted . Kindly Advice

Posts need to be manually approved. When mods come online, they do.
Post do get deleted if they dont contribute to the thread discussion.

What is the math behind posts to be approved by a mod, because I am struggling with this too, I registered with this forum in 2020 and still have to wait for a mod to approve.

I went through the rules too https://techenclave.com/pages/forum-rules/ I see no mention of number of posts or particular age of the account.

Waiting for a mod to approve each and every post defeats the purpose of participating in a discussion here, I just lurk on this forum ever since and move on.
