Market Feedback Can Mod/Trusted member help with escrow when buying from a member with no feedback?

Why don't Techenclave select or creat a middleman or say Guardian account for both buyer and seller.
When a buyer and a seller agrees on the terms , they can approach the middle man of Techenclave where the buyer will deposit the agreed amount to the middleman s/ Guardian account. Then the seller will ship the item when the buyer recieves the item, checks and finds the items as described and in running condition then the middleman/Guardian can forward the money to the seller .

Here both seller and buyer have no worries to be scammed.

For the middleman or say Guardianship role let both seller and buyer say donate 100 or more which can be used as fund to run the forum etc.

In this manner I feel this wonderful forum can become bigger and more trust worthy.

We already have a system in-place where new joiners can't just straight-up come and post FS threads here and there.

Dude no need to be rude, don't think i have said anything controversial.Yes am new and i have read the rules too , I don't know what was suggested, discussed in this forum before i joined. I suggested and wrote what I thought would be good in good intention , cause I felt that this forum is really good, before i found this through reddit I also was active in digitforum for years which is almost death.

While buying from a member without any feedbacks, including a third party can save the stress for both people included in the deal, is this possible, and is someone willing to volunteer for the same ?
