Terms and conditions on the invoice says that the seller sells certified used products. As far as I know, such sellers can sell only used products. There are no official refurbished Apple products in India and all authorized sellers in India sell only brand new products. I may be wrong because a lot of pc authorized sellers sell unboxed pc parts. We don't know if the OP bought it sealed or unboxed.

I would never care about reading terms and conditions of these invoice.
