Just reading this , yes it seems so. although my current account is shared in same city.
Youtube mentions https://www.youtube.com/premium/family? • Add up to 5 family members (ages 13+) in your household. so owner account can add 5 accounts which makes it 6 accounts ?

Seems only TV users have issues with password sharing. for mobile/tablet users its working fine Corrected price Annual - ₹ 378/year thanks for pointing out. @Slayer69
