Just speak to Syrotech customer care , they will do anydesk and upgrade router . I did today itself . they will download the firmware on your PC itself

It is ridiculous that you have to give control of your PC via anydesk to get a firmware update. They should just email the link to the firmware. I would never agree to remote anydesk with a stranger.

I am not willing to do anydesk, no one asks for it. Upgrade is a straight forward process. Software can be provided on mail or a link can be shared.

All the firmwares are uploaded on Google drive, and the links are provided on their support website.

If you are unable to download them, just send an email to support with the screenshot of the software details section of your firmware. They will mail you link of the latest firmware suitable for your hardware revision.
