Looking for a RTX 4070 or RTX 3090 with proper bill.
Budget is 28k and 38k respectively.
If from: Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, Zotac, FE (Extra 2k)
PS: No Galax for 4070 please!

Base Price for RTX 4070 increased to 29k!
RTX 3090 no longer requires bill at 38k!
 
Base Price for RTX 4070 increased to 30k(Extra 2k for above brands) for only this week with bill!
Will be using it for important office work, hence the urgency.
