I think it’s missing 1 stamp for Genuine and 1 for Authentic. But not sure if the format has changed recently and those are no longer required.

It is fake as others have mentioned and those idiots would be shi#### bricks since you have posted it publicly XD. Using those names in forged documents is enough to wipe them, get as much information out from them and post it here

Best way to check if it's fake is the email address, it's not a conclusive way but filters out 90% of scams. Email address should atleast have a authentic domain.

It's all bogus as I said same happened to me in 2018 while my steam account got hacked.
I contacted steam help and they asked for any purchases I made and I sent them and they gave my account back nuked the hackers.

With proof you can file a complaint in any nearest Cyber Crime PS and they will investigate and take necessary action. Okay.
