True 7600 for 18k doesnt make sense. Not much upgrade from 5600 in terms of non gaming usage.. 7600 should be at 13k-14k rs and 7700 should be at 18k-22k rs.

Yes they are very expensive for their performance.
That's why I am inclined towards 14600k.
It is way better than even 7700x and cost around 20k.

Yeah AMD used to have cheaper prices than Intel / Nvidia for the same performance. It has changed now.
Processors have become expensive and are yet preferred because of their efficiency
For GPU, when you consider extra features from Nvidia at similar segment, AMD ones (9070xt vs 5070ti) turn out expensive as well (in terms of vfm).
