All the Online Shop's I've looked at in India are just seem to small retail outlets with some form of online presence - MD Computers, Primeabgb, Vedant, SMC ... etc Nobody like Newegg(USA), Ebuyer(UK). I've only ever ordered from Primeabgb and they are good - helpful as well.

Anyway I want to purchase a newly released MB by MSI - B850M Mortar. Only few outlets have it in stock currently so I called SMC Saturday morning was put in a que and eventually got automated message someone will call me back, but no one has. MD computers a lady answered their main number, but she wasn't able give me any technical info and said nobody was there to talk with directly and that I should just email my queries.

So I have many other bits to order so am a bit wary of ordering form these types of outlets cause aftersales will be atrocious. I'm not in any rush so do you think it would I should just wait till Amazon or Primeabgb start stocking it?

Small? Have you ever v isited Prime and Vedant. Its not a typical small local shop like other gully shops.
What matters is their competitive pricing and stock availability in their warehouses.

Calling them wont be entertained every time. I know someone in prime who is tech savvy a bit so if I have to dial there I directly ask the lady receptionist to transfer the call to that guy.

B850? Curious as to what are you up to. A premium B6xx series is sufficient for almost everyone around.

Unless its a DOA you wont be getting ass from these shops, you have to visit the brand service centers.

Calling them wont be entertained every time. And here lies the problem - no customer focus seem like box shifters to me.

Has 2 x Gen 5 PCI-e, (I'll put two 2TB Gen 5 Toshiba M.2's, which uses 7nm Phison E31 which is the company's second generation PCI-Express 5.0 controller and has latest Toshiba 3D TLC), runs cool and fast! Can also put an additional Pcie-4 ssd at the back. 2 fast USB-C connectors at the back and SPDIF audio out. Also has Broadcomm Wifi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, guy testing on Youtube gets breakneck speeds both on Wifi and Ethernet. Futureproofed wont need to worry upgrading for years to come.
