There are around 40 Lakhs of population in PoK, those who want that area should also find ways to manage that population.
If I remember right, even Lal Bahadur Shastri didn't want the burden of dealing with those and providing them minimum services like PDS / ration, while we are finding that already burdensome.

If it cant be managed, We can always clear it. its nothing new for that area any which ways...
International and human repercussion of that will be unimaginable. Imagine the methods needed to achieve this.
