40K+ Advice on buying 2 Samsung Phones would be appreciated

As stated in the topic, would appreciate advice on 2 Samsung phones.

The difference between the 2 being the higher priced one should have a better Camera and more RAM to run multiple apps smoothly.

Just because I have set a budget of 40K for the second doesn't mean I have to spend 40k. If a phone option is available at 30k-35k that can do the job just as well then I am fine with that too. Conversely, if an option is available for 50K that is far superior in every way to the 40k phone then I would be willing to consider it too.

Questions:-
1. Budget?
A:
1st Phone - Under 20K
2nd Phone - Under 40K (can be increased if required to 50K)

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A:
1st Phone - Large will do just fine as its for my Mother. Should support Full HD.
2nd Phone - The smaller the better. I currently use the S8 Plus and love its compact size.

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, etc).
A: 2025 Models only with Android 15 preinstalled.

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 4G - is fine.

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Samsung preferred. For the 2nd option I was considering the Pixel 8a (available for 38k with Reliance) but I am not sure which Samsung phone to compare it with. Maybe after some Samsung suggestions I can compare and consider it. No Chinese owned Brands - either directly or indirectly (I would include Nothing Phone in the latter category).

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A:
1st Phone - For Calls/Whatsapp as well as a Wifi Hotspot.
2nd Phone - For Calls/Whatsapp, Mail, taking Photos, Online Banking.

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: No preference

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: New. Don’t mind buying online but only via Amazon. Offline is fine too.

9. Any other requirements?
A:
1st Phone - Good battery backup. Fast charging would be a plus. Long term OS & Security Updates is very important.
2nd Phone - LED notifications light is important. Good Camera with good quality 4K Rear Camera. Dont care about Front Camera specs. Long term OS & Security Updates is extremely important. Would prefer a Snap Dragon processor over Exynos. Should have at least 8GB RAM & 128GB Storage.

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A:
1st Phone - currently is Samsung Galaxy A10
2nd Phone - currently is Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus

1st - Ignore Samsung, maybe buy CMF Phone 2 pro. Samsung phones are underpowered, so 4 OS upgrades are useless. M55 has Samsung fab made S778 chip, so higher chance of overheating & lower battery life than S778 (S778 is too old for now to begin with). M56 is overpriced, can check review of A55 to get idea about performance & battery life. E1480 is a better chip than older Samsung fab chips but its underpowered for a 25k+ phone (similar perf as CMF phone 2). Something like Realme P3 Ultra is better for most people at 25k because of better performance, battery life & faster charging. CMF is a UK based company, in case your mother wants to avoid Chinese, their UI is better than all Chinese phones IMO (bought NP 2a for my mother last year).

2nd - S24FE can be considered for Samsung. LED notification light is long gone.

Samsung may get slowed over years but 4 OS update is big plus point as even on/after 4 year your phone OS (after update) have latest apps etc. and buyer/user feel good about !!! though Realme P3 Ultra with 185 gram good and light weight
