So did they accept the issue and took the product back without questioning you and the delivery boy?? Like did the warehouse manager said something related to it to delivery boy or customer that we won't accept it or you have done something...??Update on this, a friend had also ordered the same product, and he also recieved scam product.
It was 1 stick of a different DDR4 memory in the box of a 16×2 acer predator vesta 2.
In both cases, the box and packaging was perfect, with acer seals on both sides of the box. Wonder how whoever is doing this is replacing the sticks, or is it coming from the seller itself.View attachment 233990
the open box delivery was just taken back, no questions from me. this time I had to contact support to return it but it was easy.
my friend got the right memory in his replacement order.
I had had a conversation prior to recieving the replacement order, raising my skepticism on taking the non open box delivery, they had assured that I'll be able to return.great... btw customer care accepted your issue easily ?
they didn't deny that how can same thing happen again or didn't cause you trouble by extending dates of the case or not accepting that you received differnt product?
