Any value for money deal coming on Android smartwatches ? Only Pixel Watch or Samsung Watch in mind. not interested in oppo, foco, vivo IPL.

At what price can I expect that during sales ? Also, is it laggy ? I went to the nearby store and they had watch 7 which I found laggy.
