the reason why i am suspicious cause there is not many monitor at this price that offer 4k IPS and 32 inch
I have same doubts. My speculative guesses are - this model was launched in 2020, limited to 60hz, while VA panel 144hz ones are available around 35k ₹, they might be planning to upgrade of same monitor aka new model, hence might be dumping stock in India.
does 32 inch doesn't feel too big while working or doing some tasks?.
I was using 24inch 144hz + 24inch 60hz monitor for gaming + media + productivity - i.e. excel, charts and all.
Got 31.5 inch 1440p mainly for productivity and larger display last year - was apprehensive as it has approx 95 PPi, and distance between sitting position was approx 40 inches. 95ppi is same as 24inch 1080p one. So no issues there. Initially it felt too large, but eyes adjusted in 8-10 days. Closest i sit is 36 inches - no problem. Now i prefer 31.5" 1440p over 24" for productivity (dual monitor setup, makes multi-tasking easy).
Now coming to 31.5" 4k 60hz. My only concern is its low refresh rate - for fast action scenes. For productivity i.e. documents, charts, excel sheets - one can increase font size (scaling) / Change Resolution settings to 1440p in "Display Settings"
@drtgns - if you can sit 36+ inches from 32" monitor - will take few days to adjust, no other issues.
watched cricket match without any issue in 4k and using its speaker... bets speaker in a monitor till now
Good to know, if it din't lag in cricket match, then most probably 60hz would be fine atleast for media. Won't use monitor speakers as i have dedicated speakers and stuff for sound, but still good to have in case one needs it.
