Nothing abnormal here, My cousin is working under SDM in Bihar. His salary is somewhere 40k while his black money earning (avg) is more than triple of salary.

and people think why India's research program has no value or why SC/STs are discriminated against in Academia, no professor will ever risk his standing in Academia to ever refer a student who probably couldnt have even made it through entrance examinations, forget research.

its high time, people realize that if you want to be taken seriously at an international stage, either prove your qualifications or STFU
