90K+ Gaming PC build help

Hey everyone!

After some thorough research and fine-tuning, I’ve finalized my gaming PC build for 1440p ultra settings gaming. Looking for feedback before I purchase.
My budget is 1.5 Lakh. Can extend if there is a major performance increase.
If anything is overkill for the below list, I dont mind cutting the price down.
This would be my very first build and a noobie. :shy:
Also if you can suggest prebuilds that are worth the money, I don't mind considering.

Let me know your thoughts!

Most parts you mentioned are overpriced in your build.

Some tips from my side:
  • 7600x/non-x can handle 1440p ultra without throttling, next cpu worth an upgrade are 7800X3D/9800X3D.
  • You can get a 5070 Ti for 87k but its not worth it, 9070 XT offers better value unless you do ML/productivity stuff.
  • You should get atleast 2TB SSD's(single or multiple), you might find better offers here on the forum itself.

Agree with Diablo on the graphics card. 5 series are way too overpriced on what they offer right now.

9070XT would give lesser performance in Raytracing and nearly equal otherwise.

+1 to this but I'd swap new 990 pro 1TB for SN770 2TB or one of the open box 990 pro 2TB. Also, cheaper 2x 16GB DDR5 6000MHz RAM options exist under 9.5k.
