Mouse Switch Replacement - Solder Advice

What about the mouse shoes? Are these reusable on your mouse?
The mouse feet need to be removed very carefully or else they lose their plain shape and end up becoming scratchy due to not being reattached probably. In almost all cases the stock mouse feets are destroyed when they are removed the very first time. Replacements are hard to find but there are circular ones on amazon called Maxskates ( https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0BJ9JZPZX?ref_=cm_sw_r_apan_dp_KX8BPH6BFQYD5YAX3KV8 ) which were super good for my g102 after i destroyed the feet when i replaced its switches.

What clicks are they rated for ? I have a g502 hero with double click issue
These are cheap switches and are not rated worth anything. These will have mushy click feeling like the side buttons on mice. I would strongly suggest you go for Kailh GM 8.0, rated 80m clicks. (https://www.genesispc.in/product/kailh-gm-micro-switch/). I replaced the faulty left click on my g102 with these and they click and feel just like the default omrons which were in the mouse. The soldering iron link by OP costs 100rs in offline market and it 20-25W only, so it gets the job done and poses no burning threat to the pcb.

My Logitech G604 has developed double clicking in the left click, intermittently on right click and on the plus button (See reference picture below)

Are kailh black good option - https://www.genesispc.in/product/kailh-gm-micro-switch/ or should I opt for these - https://www.sunrom.com/p/replacement-switch-for-mouse

Also, where can I buy skates for my G604, in case the feet removal gets botched?

Are all of the above listed switches compatible with any Logitech mouse? Is it just a difference of click rating and operating force?
For context, I have an old G102 1st gen whose switch I'd like to replace as well.

Ttc and kailh as provided above are compatible with g102. As for click and force rating, i changed switches in my g102 and the kailh 8.0 are exactly the same as the default omron in g102.
Are kailh black good option
I recommend the kailh black as i have replaced my logitech switches with the same and the click like omrons. I would not recommend the sunrom.com ones as they have no rated life and can go bad quick, or they can have mushy click like the side buttons of mouse. However i havent used them so its your choice.

Maxskates mouse feet on amazon are compatible for every mouse, serve the same purpose as expensive mouse feet as they are made of same material as expensive ones. I have tiger gaming ones for my g304 and compared to the maxskates on my g102 they are both same. However, kushcables.com should have some mouse feet for your mouse but they are expensive with shipping costs.

How did you manage to resolve this?
I have a G604 that I had replaced with Logitech but it developed double click issues again on the left click.

Is there any service that repairs these? I don't really want to go find a mobile shop to get new ones soldered. If there's an option to just ship it to some shop and have it resolved like a lot of Xbox controller and ps5 controllers have shops that do it.

I can help you fix the issue, TTC GOLD switches can be installed and you won't face this issue again. It's a very consistent and reliable switch. Dm for details.

I repaired some switches by applying isopropyl alcohol over the switches. If you don't want to open the switches to clean it properly then find a litle space near the little click switch through which slowly pour the alcohol and press the switch continuously. Eventually it ll be cleaned and the switch ll work again.

@HonestLiar is offering Mouse Repair service here Link
I would have gladly used this service, but I got mine repaired at a reliable local laptop repair guide. However, I had to disassemble the mouse on my own because the dude looked at the disassembly guide at iFixit and just said he’s not doing all that
The soldering itself took like 2 minutes though.

Thanks for the info- I have G102 Prodigy (double click issue) - First I am going to remove the case and will apply alcohol and will try to do clicks (let me know if this what you ment or removing the switch case would be better.

Any way to repair the scroll wheel, I have logi B170 mouse who's scroll wheel is now moving free and stopped scrolling
