Seattle. :) The farm/countryside shots were taken during a trip to eastern Washington, to an area called the Palouse. Beautiful place. Want to return there during spring when the fields will be green in color (think Windows wallpaper). :)

Merged manual exposure-blending and HDR for this. Used my CPL filter and 10 stop ND filter. One exposure taken for the sky and one for the foreground.

@Anp, how are you liking your GND and the 500D? My first attempt at aperture masking. I have mentioned the steps I followed here.

Love the wider angle shots, Stuge! I, for one, use my CPL Filter every chance I get - on my Sigma 10-20 and 50mm f/1.4. Rented one of my dream lenses for a visit to eastern Washington - a Canon 70-200 f/2.8. Fantastic lens! Not sure if I a used my CPL for this.
