Bibliotik is not opening for new user ever. They have closed registration forever also not enabling disabled user because of inactivity or any other reason. I have invite so many people on Filelist because it has everything normally we would need and also maintaining ratio is super easy

PTP has biggest indian content for all tracker out there and all are seeded well. If he can't find indian movie on PTP then he needs to buy it himselfy
