If you can wait a bit (~20 days), Robu offers cheaper PCB service with much better output quality (perfect silkscreen among other varied things) than LionCircuits. Regular customer here of both vendors. I suspect that Robu actually get their PCBs done from JLCPCB or a very very similar vendor...
