Tbh it sounds typical apple hogwash in the name of user experience or whatever without mentioning any specific features function etc ,but I won't turn this into ios vs android discussion , to each it's own i guess , as long as the user is happy and willing to pay premium it shouldn't bother...

In android it depends on watch just like phone, you can buy a 2k noise / boat or a proper samsung or high end amazefit .. same as android phone pretty much you can buy 6k laggy redmi or a high end samsung... I love amazefit though they worked with both ios and android seeamlessly . Also...

Nothing in apple watch that you can't find in an android watch honestly , if anything some have way better battery life.. What's so special about it ?
