yea assuming... but since the Governor didnt offer them to form the Gov means they didnt have the numbers at the time. Letting BJP form the Gov is currently the best case scenario BJP could have asked for... I dont think they will let this opportunity go... some how they will bring the half way...

Neither does Cong+JDS, which is why Governor invited single largest party to form Gov. The opposition MLA's can resign or abstain from voting, then anti-defection law can be avoided. One thing is certain... BJP is not going to let go of Karnataka.
