Thanks for the recommendation. Have you had any personal experience with this one though? My PSU has APFC and this doesn't produce pure sine wave. Will that be a problem?
Hi, I'm looking to buy a UPS for my desktop to protect it from damages caused by abrupt power outages. I only want to safely turn off my PC when the power goes out, so a UPS with low power backup time will do fine. Budget <= ₹6,000.
The PC has
- Ryzen 5 3600 (65W)
- MSI Gaming X Trio 2070 Super...
I have a Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 from 2017 that I stopped using a couple months after purchasing, because I switched to an mATX form factor, and it's been sitting around since. It's a solid board but it won't boot with anything other than Ryzen 1xxxx because the BIOS on it is outdated.
Cooler Master Cryofuze Violet
- Cheap at ₹349
- One of the best performing pastes (12.6 W/mK)
- Looks like the bubblegum Boomer when it's chewed
- Because it's so thick and viscous, it's probably less likely to suffer from pump-outs on laptop CPU/GPU paste application, though I haven't tested
