+1 for Anubis only if u have budget of 17k-20k. Otherwise if ur budget is less than 15k , go for PII 550 - 5.2k Biostar 790GX A3+ - 6.2k 4gb DDR3 - 5k Total - 17k Whichever way round ur budget touches 17k. I think the i5 rig will be a better choice.

U can try XPS 16 but if its out of budget then Sony Vaio CW 16 is way to go.
