    Same issue with my Amazon order - and this was an Intel SkyLake 6th gen i5 CPU so you can imagine this has been happening for so many years! - at that time I only realised the issue next day - they replaced no questions asked though - perhaps due to my lengthy uneventful purchase history with them.

    ok that clarified things - same with me - i do have windows installed alongside a few other distros on multiple computers - so it's there if needed for those things like firmware updates - i dont do gaming nor have any apps that tie me down to windows fortunately :)

    Check your IP on ipinfo.io - it uses some geo-location database - whatever the ISP provides I believe... and since no GPS its always approximate location... sometimes the IP location (depending on ISP i think) is completely wrong also. Same on my computer, like the weather app, google maps etc...
