I have been following SCL Gaming a lot and he was at the AMD convention on the newly released RYZEN AM5 and about to be launched next gen GPU from AMD. Seems like a showcase, so he hinted saying that the performance will be 50% more than the current gen GPU and price will be 30% less. Just 10 days to go before the Reviews are out along with the prices for Indian Market.
indian pricing not revealed yet so lets see...
1.2L is what it should be for 3rd party cards. and 95K for reference one i suppose as per last pricing...

For a card priced at 999 USD, it should perform between 4080 and 4090 not trail behind already overpriced 4080. Very unimpressive, hope AMD reduce the price to 700 USD else noone is gonna buy it.

Let the reviewers test it and post gaming benchmarks. If 7900xtx is almost equal to 4080 then the sales will not be good unless there's a good price difference between them. In that case mostly will buy 4080 for better Ray tracing.
4090 only makes sense at that price point.
Let's wait for the benchmarks. Honestly the RTX4080 is a great chip, thermals, power, performance, but with extremely exploitative pricing. I want these cards to be very competitive, those NVIDIA's need to be at least 200$ lower, with no crypto to save Jen's play...
$899 me dega to lega is what everyone is saying. $1000 is also high for the same.

yea performance is disappointing. People can argue about RT performance but come on, someone paying 1LAC for GPU of course they want all setting maxed out with RT ON to get the best premium experience. i think this is only going to boost 4080 sales sadly. core gaming customers are around 1080p-1440p gamers so hopefully, the performance for those tier of cards do justice in order for AMD to gain some advantage.
