Selling my old pc which was being used for office work.

Processor: CORE 2 QUAD Q8400 (Cpu cooler included) + free CORE 2 DUO E2140.
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L rev 2.0
Processor and Motherboard combo: Rs 2100/-

Ram: DDR2 667mhz
2gb SAMSUNG- Rs 300/-
2GB DYNET- Rs 250/-

Cabinet: HYTECH, it has 6 hard disk slots (One of the front usb hub doesnt work, shows overcurrent error) Rs 550/-

Note:
1. The front audio jack of cabinet doesn't work, im unsure if it is because of the cabinet or the motherboard.
2. For local buyers: The cpu cooler was freshly repasted with cooler master thermal paste in December 2022.
3. Shipping extra- except in case of local buyer who buys the complete list, in which case it will be a hand to hand exchange at no extra cost.
4. There are no issues in any of the components except the issues specified.

I have a similar cabinet from 2007 that i plan to revive someday.
Are these compatible with modern psu and mobos to work with?

Motherboards follow the same atx form factor since decades. So yes new motherboard will work.
It has worked with modern power supplies like corsair vs550 but the air is drawn from inside the cabinet for the power supply as it is positioned on top with no special clearing for power supply to take air from topside
