Amazon India lightning deals

Missed it and needed it so much.
There might be some app which could remind you, if there is any significant drop in price on the items of your interest. If you would have received the notification for this headphone in time, you would have grabbed it. I am myself not aware of such a method yet, but I guess there would be some solution for sure.

Regards

There are several like Price History, Price Before and probably more. Only thing is they scrape the price once in a while, so it is not necessary they will be able to notify about intraday deals.

Really? Those seem to be like ~100 cheaper than someplace like MD. I'd much rather buy from MD just to avoid Amazon's hassle of brand replacement for DOA and invoice serial number bs etc.

Msi B450M-A Pro Max 4484 on MD vs. 4379 on Amazon 115 diff
MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max 5430 on MD vs. 5389 on Amazon 41 diff.

Hardly ground breaking deals.

There's 10% discount on ICICI (Non Amazon Pay) cards on orders of 5000 and above.
So Pro-VDH Max becomes 5430 vs 4850 (Rs 580 = 12% difference)
Plus it is one-day delivery. Mdcomputers usually takes more than that to pack and ship, let alone delivery.
for DOA components, I personally prefer the Amazon way. Mdc takes too long to respond every time, they need detailed videos etc and even after that sometimes they just deny saying customer-induced damage (happened to me on an HDD purchase).

You can get extra discount on amazon using card offers.

I did too. But seems like things are changing now.

Now for a major portion of their inventory I see them asking to contact the Brand for assistance.

I still prefer that.
For MDC, you have to create unboxing and testing videos, pack it all for pickup, wait till they receive it and test it. (for physical damage)

For DOA (without physical damage) it is better to just RMA with brand in both cases (even in MDC case, for quicker turnaround)
