My pixel 4a and the two poco m3's in my house were made by Samsung fabs as per wiki. I think one i had died because of the emmc wore out. The rest never faced any CPU issues and are still working fine.

The sdm630 in my moto x4 was also from a Samsung fab , also had no CPU issues and died because the power button died.

I have Samsung A50s (3.5 yrs old) and found that if I didn't agree with many services that offers to activate/agree with (for first time use or EVERY TIME after factory reset) than battery easily last for 48hrs. plus (I have very very low use of mobile.. for more clarification you can ask me here for uses) and this Samsung mobile have Exynos 9611 (10nm) Processor.
