Looks like you got low balled by Galax. I also did submit my RTX 3070 TI for RMA. They said they didnt have stock and kept suggesting low powered GPU like 4060 and 4060 TI. I told them I would not accept anything below RTX 4070. After lot of back and forth emails finally after 1.5 months they gave RTX 4070. Galax has gone down the hill. Either they keep finding reason for denying RMA or they keep low balling with shitty low powered GPU.
