Features and hardware wise, it is same as Watch 5, Only major difference being this is gorilla glass and successor is sapphire crystal.
This one is in Silver colour, Which I think looks really nice in the sea of black smartwatches.
Recently Samsung has pushed updates to enable ECG,BP and NFC payment in India.
Since it is android wear watch, Google Assistant is present which is real differentiator vs other watches at this price.
I personally find the body composition useful, I have been slowly losing fat over the last 6 months (from over 25% to 21% now), this really motivated me because it helps track progress.
