I had the same question. Then I read online on a few comments that they were a fraud company posting ads all over OLX for graphics cards. The website seems suspicious to me. For so low prices, they must be popular, if they sold genuinely. I checked their facebook page too. On their posts, the comments are always "Fake. Fake website".
 
I can confirm this website is a fraud. I came across them on OLX and their site looked legit but the prices of GPUs were raising red flags for me.
They were, very generously, offering Cash on Delivery but the caveat being I have to pay 500 bucks for "handling charges" and the rest I can pay on delivery! This was the first time I encountered a scam where they were not looking for a huge sum of money to order the product.
My doubts further rose when they charge this "handling charge" per item in the order. I was willing to order 1 GPU at that price even though I was 99% sure this is going to be a scam but the risk to reward was just 500 bucks loss versus getting a GPU at half the market price.
I ended up taking the wager which, of course, failed in the end.
It has been 2 months since I placed the order and I haven't received a single communication from them of course.
And their address and phone numbers all look dodgy to me. The phone number doesn't even exist.

So yes, please don't get duped by this.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to the people who ordered something from our website last year. When we went live, we received an overwhelming response and we were not expecting that kind of demand as we were promoting our website through OLX only. We had to cancel many orders and initiate refunds as we couldn't arrange many ordered items because of the supply constraints but now we think we can serve our customers a lot better.

Since then, we have tremendously improved our services and fixed our supply issues and now we have shifted more towards "Audio" categories. We try to provide partial "Cash on delivery" on numerous items for that we charge a fee that covers shipping and packaging expenses and also prevents the order from getting rejected at the time of delivery. We don't operate on high margins so, we have to keep the rejections as low as possible to generate some amount of profits to fuel the business operations.

We have also launched a new service where one can request the product pictures and other product related info before making the purchase for a nominal fee and ascertain the quality and authenticity of the product that is going to be delivered.

i believe in the e-commerce business this is referred to as the "product page" or "product listing". It's a pretty new concept, I admit, so you might not have heard of it, but check it out, it could compete with your new service.

Lol I think they were referring to the actual unit (the unit of the product you will be shipped) pics not just generic product pics.

I am sharing my story as it happened.
Unbiased, no spices added.
I was using mi headphones during my treadmill run in gym, which I thought of upgrading.
I was stuck on Marshall major 4 but didn't find it value for money as the headphones didn't even come with ANC
I used to check prices for this on Google routinely.
One day I came across this elcytec website showing Marshall major 4 for 9000.
I ran through it and came to know that the product will be used/demo/unsealed with app 6 months warranty.
I started surfing further and saw some Bose headphones too.
I liked Bose QC 35.
The sealed, brand new headphones were available for 14000 but were out of stock.
The MRP of these was app 29000 but sold for app 23000 on all major platforms before they were stopped by the company for QC 45.
As of now brand new QC 45 even from Bose showroom or Amazon or Reliance or Croma will cost approximately 23000.
As new sealed QC 35 were not available, the next best option was ALMOST NEW/ NEXT TO NEW WITH ONLY SEAL OPENED QC 35, which were available for 12000.
These came with 6 months warranty.
NOW COMES MY EXPERIENCE.
The. Company has provided a contact number, only for WhatsApp and an email Id for queries.
I asked them both on email and WhatsApp about accessories, box, invoice and warranty.
My main concern was warranty by Bose or the company, which I know nothing of.
The ELCYTEC didn't reply in 2-3 days.
They don't reply at all or will reply after 2 days.
They said their products were legit.
THEY NEVER COMMENTED ABOUT WARRANTY.
You will feel like that they are donating you something for free.
Anyways I purchased the same for 12000 Rs.
The product came within 4 days.
THE BOX WAS TORN BUT WAS THERE.
THERE WAS NO AUDIO CABLE.
THERE WAS NO INVOICE.
The product looked legitimate, however I don't know how to check authenticity with Bose website but the headphones connected to Bose connect app immediately.
As per the company policy of raising objection regarding missing accessories within 24 hours, I did send them email and WhatsApp.
NO REPLY FROM THEM FOR 3 DAYS.
The company has 7 days return policy for manufacturing defects.
THEIR ENTIRE EFFORTS ARE TO BYEPASS THESE 7 DAYS.
They said to send invoice in next 24 hours.
But in reality, I got the invoice only after 7 days passed.
FUNNY THING IS AFTER THE RETURN POLICY GOT OVER, THEY SAID THAT YOU WILL GET 6 MONTHS WARRANTY FROM US AND NOT FROM BOSE.
In the last conversation, they said that you will receive your missing audio cable by 20-8 but I have not received it even on 27-8.

Cheap, legitimate products as far as I know
Cons-
ZERO COMMUNICATION, ZERO SERVICE, MISSING ACCESSORIES, LATE INVOICE, NO PHYSICAL PERSON TO TALK TO
Overall I will like to avoid it.
A person who is buying 12000 Rs headphones can very well buy 23000 Rs headphones as well.
Atleast you can be sure of authenticity and prompt service.
Avoid it.
Buy at your risk knowing that there will be no support, what so ever if things go south.

* FRAUD ALERT*
Hi,
Please don't ever buy any product from this company. It will be a waste of money, and time & an absolute mental harassment.
The company is unethical & running fraudulent practices. They will send you a defective product and when you raise the issue with their Customer service they shamingly blame the customer citing made-up excuses so as to not refund the amount.


Issues I faced:

1. I ordered the produce from their website on 20 June 2024. They didn't even ship the product on time stating "it's weekend". For real?
I received the product on 26 June 2024 eventually.
2. I checked the product on the same and started noticing issues with the product. Some of which they were able to explain logically and with sound reasoning. I accepted their reasons and moved on. There were some dents on the product but given that it's a refurbished product I didn't pay much heed to it.
Additionally, there were some concerns with the battery charging. They said I can get that checked with the service center. (That's the customer service they offer....asking users to get it checked from the service center.)
Also, when they shipped the product, the delivery service they used (Delhviry) marked the product at Rs 49,999.0 but the actual price of the product I paid was Rs. 69.090 (after coupons). They said they would share the original invoice with me within 48 hrs. (wanna guess when I actually received it? On July 16 after asking for it 3 times)

3. Next, after using the product for just 2 days, on 28 June 2024 one of the Keyboard keys came loose. I immediately raised the issue with them.
I work from home and bought this product for my office usage. I had already raised issues about the battery charging functionality of this device with their Customer service multiple times, but they kept sticking with their lame response that it's how the Macbook actually functions. (They think their customers are idiots!)
While on a Zoom call with MY CLIENT, the laptop crashed and when I tried to Power it back ON, it wouldn't start at all. ( I don't think I need to tell you how embarrassing a situation it was that I had to connect via Phone and explain to my client that the laptop I just received 2 days back crashed in the middle of the call. He laughed!)
I left the laptop on charging, checked after 1 hr...still won't start.....checked again after another hour..still won't start. After 4 hours it turned ON and the battery was just charged to 55%.
4 hours of continuous charging & no processes running, the Macbook Pro 2019 model was charged to a mere 55%....this is the "lightning port" functionality they mentioned in the Product description.

I told them about this, and they said to send the product to them and they will "look into it".
Oh! To make matters more annoying, as if till this point I haven't endured enough, they said I need to send the product on my own dime because "THEY DON"T HAVE PICKUP SERVICE". They said it will refund back to me once the product was received. (They issued the refund on
I placed the pickup request from my end on 29 June 2024 evening, they received the product on 4 July 2024.

4. I asked them on 4 July 2024 itself for an update. They said:
"Hi, Kindly allow us 24 hours to verify the product then we will get back to you."
I said okay. No response from them after that.

5. On 8 July 2024, I pinged them again on WA asking for an update and inquiring when I receive the replacement for my product.
They said:
"Hi, We have verified the received product and as per our tests we didn’t find any issue with its battery charging/performance. The “Battery not charging” status is common on macbooks and it starts charging in a few seconds.

As for your concern regarding the keyboard down-arrow key, we have noticed a damage on it and it seems it was pried open using a sharp object and damaged in the process and this voids its warranty as per our policies.

However, we will make an exception and get that key replaced/fixed and send it back to you at the earliest."
So, first, they blamed me for deliberately damaging the product and said that they would fix it as an exception as if they were doing me some gigantic favor. Can someone enlighten these individuals as to why would a consumer who just bought an expensive product from them (trusting them) would damage the product by themselves? There is no logical sense to it at all.
I hit my limit to this point, I specifically asked them multiple times that I didn't want to receive the defective product and send a replacement.
They said:
"We will proceed to ship the received product back to you at the earliest. It has been damaged and that voids the warranty. Tracking information will be shared with you once it is shipped."

This was just too much for me to handle I immediately told them that I didn't want anything to do with their company and they should refund me for the product.
Their response:
"We won’t be able to assist you any further on this, this item was fully functional at the time it was shipped and we have noticed damage on the button, this voids the warranty as per our policies. We will also share some pictures of this damage."
"Pictures of this damage will be shared with you."

"Hi,
We have completely tested the laptop and ran benchmarks, it is working completely fine. Also, damaged keycaps have been replaced and it has been shipped to your address.

Its invoice will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours of delivery. As for the refund of delivery charges, kindly share your UPI address so we can process the same."

So, they refused to initiate the refund and sent me back the same defective product.
Oh! and no surprise....they haven't shared any pictures of the damage.
I asked them about details of the tests & benchmarks....again..no surprise...no response on it either.

6. I'm now stuck with a defective product. They fixed the ley, but the battery problem is still there. To date, I have been unable to charge this laptop to 100% ever.
The day I received it back, I tested the battery again. When plugged for charging the better notification mentioned it will take 4h 37m to fully charge.
A Macbook Pro 2019 MODEL WITH "LIGHTNING PORT" WILL TAKE 4.5 Hr TO FULLY CHARGE.
( I shared photographic evidence for the same with them. I also have an hour ling video to showcase the same)
I had a Macbook Air 2013 model earlier and it usually to at max 1h 15m to fully charge. And, I have a 5-year old Acer Nitro laptop that too get fully charge in 1.5 hr.

7. Now, I'm stuck with this defective product that doesn't charge property.
my current situation with this crap product is that I have this laptop sit on charging for 7 hrs and I get to work on it for only 2 hrs or less.
I have been emailing them every single day asking them to initiate the refund process and take their product back. They are not responding at all.


PS: Their Customer Service is pathetic. The worst I have ever seen. They won't respond on time. You have to nudge them again & again to get a response.
And now, they are not responding at all.

SO, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, MENTAL HARASSMENT, TIME AND most importantly MONEY.....AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

PSS: I have raised a case against them in the Consumer court and filing a Cybercrime fraud is the next step.
