Electronicscomp.com not shipping order placed 3 months ago

Holy cow! I was thinking of ordering from them glad bumped into this thread... There pricing are too attractive but whats the use if they couldn't deliver!
 
I faced similar issue, electronicscomp took the order to deliver items in 5 days, it is now more than a month, did not received items. So far they have only responded to one of my emails saying they do not have the items in inventory and their vendor is delaying. It is really unacceptable, they are accepting money for the items which are actually not present in their inventory. They never picked up my phone. The customer care number seems ever busy. I am extremely frustrated with such unprofessional behaviour from electronicscomp.

TOTAL FRAUD
Even Consumer Court/Forum can't do anything as they do not accept any (legal) letters on their given address.
I lost 5000/-
 
I've not used them recently but the orders i did place were shipped and received perfectly fine:

I had one small order placed 08/04/2024 which was shipped and delivered. never thought they will not ship it. it was a genuine site.

friend, even then, don't.
say, you are working on a project, college or personal.... they might delay so much that the order might became useless.

see some previous posts.... order received after 40 days!
 
partsbaba and robu are reliable. mention the order note to ship fast or call them. i personally talked with partsbaba owner. they are very good.
 
Ordered a pair of needle nose pliers from them on Oct 21st and they still have the order in the "confirmed" state and haven't shipped it. I sent them an email a few days ago and they said they were still in the process of packing it, lmfao. I had ordered from them a few years back and they seemed decent at the time, but clearly not anymore.

Add me as another customer with bad experience from "electronicscomp.com" website.

My order amount was around 350rs, and its been 2 months , and they did not do the shipping yet.

I am following-up with them from a month, and they say "quality issue with vendor" and then, "items not available"

Pushing them for refund, lets see what happens !!!
 
used to be good but now the management has changed. Last order I placed took ~4 months for shipping. I asked for refund after 2 months but they kept telling me to wait. Amount was just 500 so chargeback wasn't worth the hassle. eventually I gave up after chasing them for 2-3 weeks after 2 months had passed but a month later the order shipped.
So, not a complete scam but a definite avoid now. Not worth the headache
