Green Tea That Tastes Good? Am I Dreaming?

You are making me feel good for choosing coffee though the real reason for choosing coffee was Taste
Green tea fans are definitely going to come after me now ;)..

Jokes aside, I've seen few articles where few doctors say green tea benefits are overhyped and not really that beneficial for weight loss.
Meanwhile, a few of my family members prefer it whenever they feel indigested or acidity.
I tried it for such occasions, but didn't find it that useful. I never liked green tea for its taste, but adding lemon and honey will definitely improve.

Coffee on the other hand gave me direct benefits when taking enough precautions.

Green tea is not about taste, it reduces blood sugar apart from other benefits.
I like varieties of coffee a lot more that tea, but I have 'coffee nerves', which make it real uncomfortable sometimes.

I never really got into green tea. Customary at Chinese restaurants abroad to be served some in those tiny white cups when you enter and decide on the menu.

For a while my favorite was something called '3 mix'.

Assam dust, some orange pekoe and a third whose name escapes me. Quite a well known mix in any teastore. Nothing fancy but very tasty and with a rich colour that blew the pants off any black tea in the stores. I always liked my tea strong. I discovered the fancier stuff was much weaker. Why bother with it?

This went on until one fine day in 2008 I found the taste wasn't the same anymore. I never figured out why. Talking to the vendor he said nobody complained but it wasn't the same anymore. It became weaker so I resorted to using more to get back what it was. Never quite got there so these days I just stick to Tata's Agni dust.

Trying this and liking it a bit more than other ones!
Will drink it for few days and see how my flexible is my touge sensors to adopt to new and bitter tastes :p

I started with the green tea experiment and settled with Liptons sipndigest. It has not only green tea but other ingrediendts and one of them is rocksalt. SO I used this alongwith lemon, honey and little salt. It gave me the taste to my liking.

I think Green tea is more of an acquired taste, really. You have to almost get used to the taste, that said I enjoyed the offerings from Golden Tips, especially their Chamomile Green Tea

I'm personally more of a Coffee guy (The Aranya Gold from Hunkal Estate is crazy good value) but hey, Green Tea isn't bad every once in a while

I never thought about it but considered anything to replace the amount of milk I was consuming for the tea and coffee is welcome. Since you asked, googled a bit and the first hit says it is good for workout.
