Hi Can you tell me about RMA process? I am using Viper Mini and I don't know about it's service center here in India. Also if anywhere we can find what is the warranty on the product? Thanks in Advance.

warranty is 2 years. go to www.acrorma.com and fill the form and upload the bill. if its accepted they will tell you to ship it. It was a no hassle experience.

I just registered a claim on AcroRMA. The last question is that did you received the same mice that you did the RMA for? Or they sent you the other product as a replacement?

Usually it is the same product. Since Viper Mini is discontinued, there is a high chance you will get different product.
Or he could ask for an upgrade to a higher end model by paying the difference. This upgrade thingy seems to work with Rashi for Graphic cards..
