Review Anyone know about vlebazaar.in ?

I've been looking at some items at vlebazaar.in. Has anyone here bought anything from them?

I read several reviews of the site at Mouthshut and Quora and most are very negative. But then premium sites like Amazon and Flipkart receive reviews that are almost as bad. Problem is, most satisfied customers don't bother to write reviews.

Your inputs will be appreciated.

So far have always avoided the stores which turn up on Google shopping at a lower cost because the reviews are consistently negative just about everywhere.

May be you can take a punt with a credit card and initiate a chargeback if you don't get the item as most reviews suggest.

My gf ordered something for me as a surprise from vlebazaar. When I got the call for delivery I rejected it after hearing it was from vlebazaar. This was about 10 months ago and she is yet to get the refund even after several complaints, after raising this issue at the bank, at razorpay (their payment gateway), even at consumer court. They just refunded to vle wallet.

Thanks for the replies.
I wonder why such people start a business in the first place. In a way, I can understand why out-and-out cheats, fraudsters and scammers do what they do. But we seem to have plenty of bungling amateurs who try to set up a genuine online shop, but are so incompetent, ignorant and short-sighted that they can think only of short-term profits. They have no concept of the damage they are doing to their own reputation.

You atleast got something.. mine never arrived.. fortunately, i only ordered some headphones which costed few grands.. no response from them, no refund,no whereabouts.. nothing.. it's being 7 months now..i finally gave up, but learnt a good lesson..

Here are some of my recent experiences with smaller online shops this month:

1. meesho.com : Remote control for Willett STB. The exact model I wanted was available at Flipkart for >600/- (now 325) and for 399 at Amazon. Meesho offered it for 179/- COD (no prepaid option). I said 'WTH, it's not even 200 bucks' and ordered it. No updates, no tracking number. But surprise surprise, it was delivered by Delhivery and works fine.

2. Beetel through Counfreedise : Landline box M71N. Usually 1.5-1.8k at most sources (currently slightly lower). One of 3 models offered by Beetel through Counfreedise for 1299/-. No facility for creating an account, no way to check order status. I ordered it anyway and it was delivered in 5 days which is quick for my location.

3. vplak.com : Beetel M53N. 1275/- at Amazon. 949/-, at vplak.com. vplak offers a further 3% discount with UPI payment, so I paid 920 by GPay. A few days later, I got a call and Whatsapp message saying that it's out of stock (it was clearly marked "in stock"), asking me for my UPI ID so that they could do a refund. Very polite and diffident. They kept bungling the refund process and kept contacting me. I think they finally got it and I'm waiting for it to show up in my account.

I've ordered a few mice and keyboards got it fine no issues, all were open box items, guess these are all return items and hence the low prices

I decided to give them a try with an inexpensive item. In cases like this, I make up my mind beforehand not to be overly dismayed if things go wrong.

The item is listed for 549/- at Amazon, 575/- at Flipkart. Vlebazaar list it for 429 with free shipping. They also offered a further 10% discount coupon at checkout, so I ended up paying 386.10. I placed the order on Jan 27 and they shipped it the same day by ShipRocket-Delhivery.

Tracking shows that it's on the last leg of the journey and I expect it to be delivered tomorrow or the day after. This is quite fast for the remote region I'm in. Let's see if they sent the correct product and, if so, what condition it's in.

I have said this in other thread too. My friend bought an MSI gaming monitor (27 inch 1440p) from vlebazaar, they accidentally sent him two pieces. They didn't even ask for the product back, I guess he just got lucky.

It is a fraud website, I ordered (Order ID: 2502474) keyboard and mouse, they sent me a toys even in damage condition.
I requested for return but by continuing follow up of 6 months, I stopped calling them. Whenever I called they used to say, it will be picked up by tomorrow which never came. Then they started taking in abusive manner.

I sent several emails but nothing happened. I complaint on online consumer forum but nothing happened.

I suggest better get away from these fraudsters

Hi there,
I want you to know that VLE Bazaar is a fraudulent website. They will accept prepaid orders (no COD option on checkout) from you but they would never deliver the product or send a wrong second-hand product. The customer service representatives come across as extremely rude and illiterate. I wonder why a legal action hasn't been taken against this company yet. I have been sending emails but received no response as if that mail address doesn't have an outbox. When I called them first, there was a girl who said we can't give you refunds because our payment platform has issues since very long. It was an excuse to not to issue refund in the first place. Because if they accept payments from Razorpay (payment platform), then they should be able to refund the money using the same platform. They may block your phone number if you contact their customer service department again and again to ask for order/refund status. I tried getting in touch with the Razorpay (the payment service provider) but they are also clueless and mentioned that the VLE bazaar will get in touch with you for order refunds. Why does Razorpay offer payment services to businesses that aren't legitimate, such as Vlebazaar? All the 4 star and 5 star ratings are paid Google reviews probably from their own staff. Avoid ordering anything from this website since it could end up costing you money, time, and, most importantly, your mental health. Better order from Flipkart, Amazon or brand website. This merchant should be penalized and a strict legal action should be taken against this company for conducting fraudulent business practises.
