Graphic Cards Does Zotac Still Have Terrible After Sales Service?

I am planning to get a used 3070ti and i have options from zotac.
the cards are in amazing quality but like galax, i’ve heard that zotac is still terrible at RMA and general warranty claim.
is it true? should i avoid buying zotac?
 
With most service centers, you can learn a lot by a) Calling them, and b) Visiting them. Bad service centers don't even receive the call. And really bad ones you won't be able to visit because they won't exist where they say they do. And if you get there, you can see for yourself what kind of service they provide.

It also depends on which city you live. For ex- if you live in NCR then the RMA process will be easier since you can there directly. But yeah compared to zotac i would trust brands like gigabyte more

I'm still skeptical. my location is mumbai. I've heard negative stuff of Asus as well
