Need help repairing 2012 Samsung LED TV

My Samsung TV with model no. UA40D6600WR has stopped turning on. Whenever I turn on the power there's a clicking noise from behind the TV. Normally this would happen just once and then the display would turn on but now it keeps clicking and there's no display.

The Samsung service centre engineer stated it was an issue with the power supply board which would cost 9-10k to fix, which I don't find worth it for a 12 year old 1080p TV. Hoping to get it cheaply repaired and use as a bedroom TV/tertiary display. Am attaching pictures of internals and TV info, if anyone knows where these power supply boards can be cheaply purchased, even if from third party seller or refurbished, please let me know, or if you have any other suggestions to fix the issue.

Use urban company , book their technician to service and check, they should be able to fix it in 50% less than what is being quoted, can be cheaper too if some component change on the PSB is replaceable and it fixes the issue.

I don't see an option to book electrician for tv repair in my area, just installation and uninstallation

I'll try that as a last resort, but I first want to try getting my hands on that power supply board from online sellers, so if you know any legitimate site that sells components for TVs standalone, let me know

strange usually it shows up in the same section. Maybe that service is not availbile in your location. As i got my tv fixed by them.

If you are good with soldering and using multimeter, then head over to badcaps and try to fix it on your own.
I have never fixed TVs. But if the board is the issue, then you can fix it. And you could learn a thing or two.
But don't if you have never done so. Capacitors are deadly.

Sometimes, technicians use universal board to swap the original board if it can't be fixed or unavailable. But yours has two, one for power and another one like a motherboard. I don't exactly know which one they swapped.
