CPU/Mobo How to check intel i9-13900K degradation ?

I am planning to buy a used i9-13900K and motherboard, but worried that the CPU maybe already damaged due to the elevated operating voltage issues reported on the intel 13th and 14th gen CPUs. Is there anyway to check if the CPU is damaged or degraded on account of this issue ?? Since this is a second hand purchase i wont get much time to test it or anything. If it breaks down 3 months down the line, I will be stuck with the lemon.

Thanks

Ask the seller about the CPU's usage history, including the operating temperatures, voltages, and cooling systems used. OR run an stress test to see if it matches the new one scores.

Burnt marks on processor chips etc. is your only way to find but usually processors are sturdily build so sometimes they got burnt marks which are normal due to their operational temps. Unless the proccy was OCed without proper cooling there wont be any damage and if its a pin proccy then only a few bent pins can render the proccy useless!

If you can stress test it using cinebench for a good amount of time and it is not throttling i think that would be good.
