This is aimed at content creators. Body is not weather sealed, no in body image stabilization, and there are few other cons, but the price is the biggest pro. It is a little over your budget though.

You should take a look at the Panasonic Lumix line of cameras. Everything G7 and above offers unlimited time 4k recording. This is lacking in the entry-level Sony cameras like the A6100. I think 4k recording is limited to 30mins on it. Plus is may overheat too. A6400 is a great option, but somewhat expensive. But you'll get unlimited 4k recording there.
Not sure about ZVE-10 recording time and overheating situation, you may want to check that.
The main downside you must note with Lumix cameras is the autofocus. It's not good. If you plan on doing a lot of run and gun vlogging (where the subject is moving a lot so you need good autofocus) then you'll be better of with a Sony camera. But if you plan on shooting still scenes with the camera in one place- like interviews, talking head shots, then it should be fine. You can lock the focus in place.
Note, if you want to do filmmaking, pulling focus on the focus-by-wire lenses that come with both of these cameras will be difficult. You may want to invest in cine lenses in the future. Lumix cameras are much loved by filmmakers. Mainly because they offer IBIS and weather sealing too in addition to unlimited recording time, which is great for filmmakers. Also note, the Lumix cameras have a micro four thirds (m43) sensor, smaller than APSC.
Depends on what you want to do. If you want to vlog, get Sony. If want long recording time, get Lumix. If you get a more expensive Sony camera then all of this disappears. It will be good for everything.
Another advantage of using Sony / Canon / Nikon is that these systems are used by more people than Lumix in India. So finding used gear and selling it is easier.
I own a G7 myself. I've never used it for video, I only do photography with it.

thank you @ninjenstein , i am looking for studio video recording, podcasts, no vlog. which sony camera with lens you would recommend? sony lenses are pretty expensive. I prefer canon camers but i don't find something at this price range.

Don't know much about Sony cameras since I'm a Lumix user. Hopefully somebody else can chip in. Yep, Sony lenses can be expensive.
Since you'll be shooting in a studio environment and not vlogging, I think m43 will be great for you. You'll be able to get much more for your money too. Since bodies are cheaper, and lenses are cheaper too.
For example, you'll be able to get a new Lumix G7 or G85 with a 14-42mm kit lens (which is 28-84mm in full-frame terms (since m43 has a 2x crop factor)) which will be enough for your use case, plus one or even two brand new lenses, for the price of a new a6400.
Check out the Lumix 14mm f2.5 (for a fairly wide shot), Lumix 25mm f1.7 (the nifty fifty of the m43 world), Lumix 42.5mm f1.7 (for a telephoto-ish portrait shot), Olympus 17mm f1.8 (for a standard 35mm shot), and Lumix 20mm f1.7 (not too wide, not too close, sits between 35mm and 50mm, I love it because it's small and so great for street photography). All of these lenses fit around your budget (except the Lumix 42.5mm), but do note that the kit lens is great too.

You can't go wrong with either system, but I will say that Sony is a better system overall purely technically speaking and will be more expensive in the long term, while m43 will give you the most bang for your buck with its features like IBIS, weather sealing, etc. and tons of room to experiment and learn since you can buy different lenses.

A bit old but if you're still looking, it really comes down to what you want to achieve with the camera.
BM has the edge when it comes to picture quality, especially with BRAW and resolve. It works best when you can rig it out & spend the time needed to get a great output. Think short films, feature films, corporate videos etc. where you can have control (at least to an extent).
But sony is far more forgiving thanks to its low light performance, IBIS & auto focus. Works well for run & gun shoots a lot. Think documentaries, sports etc. anything where spontaneity is to be captured (why they are so used for wedding videography)
For studio video recording & podcasts, both will work just fine. But as @ninjenstein said, at that budget a M4/3rd camera will work best. Lenses are not too expensive.
