Help me decide between the two 3060 12GB cards for the mentioned prices:
- Gigabyte Vision OC - Rs. 31,000
- Zotac Twin Edge OC - Rs. 27,000

My GTX 970 is dead and I'm currently on my backup card (GTX 670). or should I just wait more? Other wise comments are also welcome.

This is my other thread for context:

The 5000 series is about to launch. This is no time to buy a new GPU. If your need is urgent, get a second-hand one for much cheaper. If you must buy new, Zotac's cheaper at 24K, I think, and has extra warranty too. If you wait till 5000 series launch, you might see further price drop in even 4000 series.

Where did you get your prices from?

My usage is similar to yours, OP, and I found a Zotac Twin Edge 3060 12gb for around 14k 4-5 months ago on the second-hand market. It should be the best bang for buck till a 5060 or 5070 releases with more VRAM.

The twin edge OC is 2k costlier. It has better heat pipes. Guess I will try to find a cheap second hand deal for some 1660 or 3060 in FB marketplace or just try to wait till CES.

Buying something like a 3060 new right now isn't wise, at all.

Wait for 50 series, 40 series will drop in price. For your budget, you'll get a great used GPU. You'd rather be closer to a 3080Ti in performance, not a 3060.
