Android Which app do you use to get news notifications?

I am looking for an app that can send me notifications of news, I don't intend to open the notifications and read the articles so I don't care about quality of reporting that much, I just want the day's most important headlines delivered as notifications.

I used to use ANI for this around 2018, but now I've noticed there's something wrong with their app and it just doesn't send me any notifications. I've tried giving it every permission and disabling battery optimisation and everything, doesn't work. I really miss the ANI app as it used to remind me of any breaking news within minutes, and they never used to abuse this to sensationalize events that are not actually important.

Which app do you use for this purpose. Also would like a suggestion for international news - I used to use Reuters but again it's not giving me any notifications now.
 
I've been using Ground news for the last week and it does what I was looking for, for International news. Still looking for an app for Indian news.
 
I need mostly business news so use Mint for this. I rarely open the app, just browse the notifications.

Have a WSJ subscription through my office which I use for this as well, more so for international news.
 
Use Feedly with specific feeds as all aggregators push a lot of rubbish content. Haven't setup notifications as I usually go through all the feeds everyday but that is an option.

With quality of journalism, you get what you pay for. With Twitter I can't even say that, if you pay the feed gets even worse somehow. It's decent for following certain professionals in your field who use it as a broadcast tool, but not much else.

ofc paid journo's will say that coz that's their bread and butter. That's how they controlled minds of people with their propaganda. With X on the other hand, atleast we get to side all sides of news information be it conservative or liberal or communist etc.

Now MSM isn't able to do so, so they are crying X is all misinformation, as if like MSM was all legit news.

MSM isn't relevant anymore and X is the media now, but people who believed the MSM propaganda be like , hey X is biggest source of misinformation, and here's the source article from MSM to prove it is :p

It's like being in the matrix. I feel sorry though for people who want to see only one side of MSM propaganda and not want to see all the sides which is usually on X and I get to decide which side I'll trust with facts, rationality, and proof's.
 
@lged821 You can get all sides on legacy media too, tell me which side is only found on twitter and I will tell you the legacy traditional media outlet representing it. Problem with Twitter is that it's a popularity contest, so people make things up. It's like getting your news from the kid in school who used to exaggerate everything.
