Based on the picture you gave me I got his real name Tapas Mohapatra ( from here it says about him "Engineer. Abstract thinker. Explorer of human behavior and psychology. Consultant by profession, researcher by passion. Sharing insights on the mind and life" & from here I got his Facebook account

When I did a reverse image search based on the photo given by OP

It gave me this below web address:https://medium.com/@neotapas which has the same photo in its profile

Then again I searched for him based on the web address then it gave me the fb account id. So I posted it here.
Then either the scammer must have used a different image on his profile in the phone he is using to scam here now or the scammer is using Tapas Mahopatras image so not to get recognised here in TE since he know that he is a black listed member.

He has come across as arrogant earlier with a bit of a "Goonda" outburst. Says he is a student gamer, yet he talks like a man beyond his years when things don't go his way. See the attached thread. His previous name was Tenego, BTW.

@domnicds you got lucky by not dealing with him. This guy's father is a scammer on the forum.

i think the amd 6000 cards and nvidia 2000-3000 cards are so old now.
3000 cards came in 2020, right? That's 5 years ago.
these series are at the end of their healthy lifespan.
just think how many electrical components capacitors, resistors, inductors degrade in that timespan.
even solder degrades. i had a 5700xt card die on me simply by repasting the card. just took the cooler off new thermal paste and put the cooler back. the tensioning and untensioning of the cooler was enough. that's how risky and finicky such old cards can be
