When I did a reverse image search based on the photo given by OP

It gave me this below web address:https://medium.com/@neotapas which has the same photo in its profile
Then again I searched for him based on the web address then it gave me the fb account id. So I posted it here.
Then either the scammer must have used a different image on his profile in the phone he is using to scam here now or the scammer is using Tapas Mahopatras image so not to get recognised here in TE since he know that he is a black listed member.

We definitely need to be more stricter for new member especially trying to sell... New sets of rules and conditions to prove their actual identity..
