I'm wondering about whether or not sites like zoukart, gameloot, gamenation, ithunt etc are actually good to order from and whether or not they honor the 1 month warranty written on their site and if so how are refunds processed? Credits on their website would be horrible but these sites seem to have some good deals atm.

There a quite a few reviews on reddit in the subreddit - IndianGaming about gameloot and gamenation issues members faced.

IFAIK gameloot is based in Mumbai and they have an address listed on their website. If you can go there in person, things would be much clearer as you can inspect for issues before buying. Alternately you can ask any trusted TE member based in Mumbai to physically inspect the item you wish to buy and then ship it to you in case you are based in another city.

Likewise for all the other sites. In most cases the refunds offered are in the form of site credits.

There is one more pre-owned GPU website called lebyopc . They also have clearance sales sometimes.

Good call on lebyopc they seem to have many more options than the others and I've checked reddit and trustpilot reviews for all the sites I've named and it would seem that people whove had a bad experience are more likely to post. If anyone here has had any dealings with these sites in the past with refunds or working cards that would be nice to know

It's true that the reviews are weighted because bad experiences are more likely to be posted online. I'm sure most websites would honour their warranty if you have solid proof of the product not working on arrival but as to if it stops working during the warranty period (after delivery) its not as simple. They run the risk of getting into legal trouble if there is proof but if they can put the blame on you or your PC for it going bad then they can get away with it scot-free. At that point you are in the hands of the other person's mood/intentions.

Personally I rolled the dice and bought a used gigabyte 3070 from the gamer's factory (nehru place, delhi) some months ago and its working fine so far. They did provide me with invoice with promised warranty listed on it right below the product name so that looked alright to me. They also ran the card up and showed Furmark and heaven benchmark running on it in front of me so that gave me the final confidence to buy it.

I don't know if others do all these things as well but if they are doing it then you have some confidence with what you are getting is legit.
It's definitely better if you can personally go visit the shop and get the card tested in front of you. In the end you are rolling the dice twice. First on whether the card will be okay and second on whether they will honour the warranty without trouble.
Advice: Make sure what you are buying is not a rusted piece of junk. Rust means it will 100% go bad before its expected lifespan.

I am a part of a WhatsApp group started by a reseller based in Delhi who sometimes has great deals on used Graphics Cards and processors. They often have multiple units for sale. But posting is sporadic. They have a shop in Pitampura I guess. This group also has other resellers who are members. Got the link for this group from IndianGaming subreddit.

If you have friends or are based in New Delhi, they/you could maybe visit in person to check it out for a F2F deal.

Hey Do you remember the name of the shop or the reseller? I'm from Delhi, so I’d love to check it out in person. Also, how can I join the mentioned Whatsapp group?

Zoukart & ithunt not even replying to wa & mails
So likely to be scammed.
Zoukart is one of the oldest groups (which inspired more similar independent groups) for trades.
I don't know if you are using their website or their fb group but fb is more active. The admins are also active there. Some of them are also here on this forum. One has been banned though for either not following or breaking one rule I forgot.
Zoukart is based in Kolkata btw.
If you want to deal in their fb group then be wary of the members and don't jump at every deal which you want to grab.

Hey!
I was unable to find any Facebook group named Zoukart, but I did come across their website. Could you share the exact name of their FB group?

Lebyo is on here, but stopped posting in marketplace once they couldn't handle the scrutiny and criticism for their sales practices.

And yeah lebyo seems to have good inventory but their sales practices are kinda rough they will claim the fake bill they give you will satisfy warranty claims but they do not i do not know about their own return policy but I would go f2f if i had to buy from them test the card and then make a decision

What's the location?
I was added to their group through the link sent by a fellow TE member. The group was named 'Xenus Infotech.' Upon googling, their address was as follows: FIRST FLOOR, A-3 / 200, Pocket 3, Sector 17, Rohini, Delhi, 110089
Upon clicking the link, it shows me this:

Is there any kind of restriction in joining?

Read a few reviews on reddit.
Better not to touch it even with 10 foot pole
The admins on fb & sellers somehow know eachother personally & decisions are ofc biased
Deals are always with luck as a major factor
On website it is better but multiple listings of same cards. How trustable god knows.
