21-30k Pre owned gpu websites

I'm wondering about whether or not sites like zoukart, gameloot, gamenation, ithunt etc are actually good to order from and whether or not they honor the 1 month warranty written on their site and if so how are refunds processed? Credits on their website would be horrible but these sites seem to have some good deals atm.

There a quite a few reviews on reddit in the subreddit - IndianGaming about gameloot and gamenation issues members faced.

IFAIK gameloot is based in Mumbai and they have an address listed on their website. If you can go there in person, things would be much clearer as you can inspect for issues before buying. Alternately you can ask any trusted TE member based in Mumbai to physically inspect the item you wish to buy and then ship it to you in case you are based in another city.

Likewise for all the other sites. In most cases the refunds offered are in the form of site credits.

There is one more pre-owned GPU website called lebyopc . They also have clearance sales sometimes.

Good call on lebyopc they seem to have many more options than the others and I've checked reddit and trustpilot reviews for all the sites I've named and it would seem that people whove had a bad experience are more likely to post. If anyone here has had any dealings with these sites in the past with refunds or working cards that would be nice to know

It's true that the reviews are weighted because bad experiences are more likely to be posted online. I'm sure most websites would honour their warranty if you have solid proof of the product not working on arrival but as to if it stops working during the warranty period (after delivery) its not as simple. They run the risk of getting into legal trouble if there is proof but if they can put the blame on you or your PC for it going bad then they can get away with it scot-free. At that point you are in the hands of the other person's mood/intentions.

Personally I rolled the dice and bought a used gigabyte 3070 from the gamer's factory (nehru place, delhi) some months ago and its working fine so far. They did provide me with invoice with promised warranty listed on it right below the product name so that looked alright to me. They also ran the card up and showed Furmark and heaven benchmark running on it in front of me so that gave the final confidence to buy it.

I don't know if others do all these things as well but if they are doing it then you have some confidence with what you are getting is legit.
It's definitely better if you can personally go visit the shop and get the card tested in front of you. In the end you are rolling the dice twice. First on whether the card will be okay and second on whether they will honour the warranty without trouble.
Advice: Make sure what you are buying is not a rusted piece of junk. Rust means it will 100% go bad before its expected lifespan.
