For the moment atleast they wont.,until the problem gets rectified.You may try proxies for few hours and switch to normal connections.The proxy is only for connecting to the tracker and not to the peers.

If you want you guys can add proxies in the settings to see if you can connect to the ipt's tracker.That would work. For that, hit settings, rtorrent settings .... advanced....proxy address. Add your proxy and check if it works.

Are you setting the proper port in filezilla ?

@asingh --- I overlooked the channels settings on your client.Now you should be able to download/upload at max.The channel was set for 256KB/s down.

Will do few more changes today.,so it will not be available for some hours.Also will be reducing the space to 100GB/user as it leaves some free space for experimentation.
