installed windows 7 ultimate finally..and updated the forceware.. Though the performance of the game is much better than what it used to be in vista but still the game is lacking the smoothness with all the settings maxed out.. :-S

Forceware 195.62 and i know even I have no idea what black edition means(prolly a mod)..its just a temporary arrangement till i get a stable copy of windows 7.

Thanks asingh :),The problem seems to have vanished in other games except for fifa 09 and 07 :S.. @rocky_pratik: dude I use my PC for audio recording and the tools like nuendo, cubase have not yet been released for 64 bit PC's..so i have to stick with just 2 GB unless the new versions come...

Hey guys, I have an Xfx 9800 GT 512 (Green edition).I overclocked it to 605Mhz (From 550 Mhz) but later restored it to default clock speed. But now whenever i play any game the PC either hangs completely or hangs for a few seconds and then resumes the normal play.. Does that mean i have damaged...

It is not :(...I paid 6.3K for the card and Rashi says that they didn't have the other model back then so they gave me the green edition:(

@antarcticprince: Dude can you tell me how did you contact XFX? If you have a mail from them saying that they will replace the card then please forward it to me as rashi is saying that they won't replace the card until i show them a proof that xfx has claimed to replace the card..Please reply asap!

I think 9800GT would fit in your budget..It seems a good card for gaming..XFX one costed me 6.2K from rashi...
